| F-Zero, Capcom VS SNK 2, & AudioSurf were played & it was "the dirtiest player in video games", David Rubel, who came out the winner. As a result, he was awarded a $50.00 gift card to GameStop. In other news, plenty of TAKII Mugen Hardcore X-Treme was played, in which D-chan (....that's me ^_^) kicked San's ass in the final match (....or any other match I happened to play him in). Thanks be to those who showed up (....& that squirrel that climbed up Annie's leg :-P). (****REMINDER: TLO will be at TAKII 5 on April 5th-6th 2008, so an announcement about that meeting wil be forthcoming****) |

| The first game that will be played in the big tourney is Capcom vs SNK. Wait, yes I know we have Mugen now, which is fun, but for a fair fight we can't have metroids and tom hanks. We need to have balance, and CvS delivers on that. It'll be regular 1v1 vs, best of three, best of 5 for the final, choose characters. |

| Yes, it's that time of year again, the TLO's march madness gaming MVP challenge. Last year, Pisser won the title of TLO MVP in a wii sports challenge. This time, we're branching out with 3 new games, and the heat is on. Every Week this month, I'll announce a new game on the news in order that they will be played. Rules and additional stipulations will be presented. Expect the 1st game's details any day now. |

| To all of your TLO extremists out there, we will be reprising our "Random Anime Marathon" from last year! This is how it will work: everyone brings in their most unique (...or disturbing lol) animated or Asian-themed screening, all of which will be arranged on a table at random. Then w/the roll of Dave's dirty D&D die, we will find out the position of the video we will watch. Sound good? Sound awesome?? YOU BETCHA!!!! ....oh yeah, we'll have announcements, too ^_*. |

| This just in, much like last year, you are now entering the TLO Chaos Rush months. What does this mean? Well, that another round of crazy events are under way. Februaries meeting will be another One Episode Wonder-fest. In March, the TLO March Madness gaming tourney begins, this time stepmania and mugen are on the docket. In april, a special event not quite planned yet will be ocurring, more details on that to come. I hope everyone is ready. Lastly, I am announcing the return of TLO Radio for Thursday Nights. Join us on AIM!! |

| Well....the 1st hour of TLO was dominated by the official club debut of TAKII's "Mugen Hardcore X-Treme", with the 2nd hour taking a look back at one of the things that made TAKII 4 so awesome, the 1st episode showing of Pink Lady & Jeff! The remainder of the day relegated itself to Mugen out the ass, with some Capcom VS SNK 2 sprinkled in, with a hint of TAKII's "Stepmania" after-hours. That is all ^_^. |
